Our team processes and ships orders Monday through Friday.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and customer's geographic location.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to ten (10) business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the following week. We anticipate shipping delays due to the global pandemic COVID 19. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.

How do I track my order?
You will automatically receive an e-mail with a link to track your package once it has been processed and shipped.
Please contact us if you lost your tracking information at hello@kwillow.store.
Please include your full name, order number and shipping address in the email.
Can I edit my mailing address after placing an order?
Sorry. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once an order is placed.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?

Make sure no one in your household, building security, or neighbors have received your package.

Contact your local post office or carrier to see if they have it held for you, or if there was a delay in shipping.

If you still cannot locate your package, it may be lost and we can file a lost package claim for you. Simply contact us.
- K. Willow LLC is not responsible and cannot refund stolen packages. Once your package is listed as "delivered" on the tracking we are unable to offer a refund.
- K. Willow LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to postal service (USPS) or carrier error. Once your package is delivered to the carrier is no longer responsible for your package. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. We cannot refund or replace missing product as a result of a shipping company issue.
